Family Day

1 weekend, 2 productions. Same location.

On Sunday, we organized the Family Day for Katoen Natie. 🎡🎢🎠🤹🏼
From start to finish, I was involved in putting this entire Family Day together. From decorations to artists, to animations, attractions, food & beverage, designs… and so much more!

I was responsible for production, artists, animations, attractions, deco, print work and food. Follow-up with the client from A to Z, from start to finish.

A brief summary:
🎪 3 stages (main stage, kids stage, disco stage)
🎪 6 artists (Kaatje, Radio Hallo, Gers Pardoel, Abba4U, and Helmut Lotti)
🎪 More than 20 animations (sign dancers, goose parade, face painters, …)
🎪 26 attractions for young and old

This was one of the biggest challenges so far. The event passed by so quickly, and now I'm reliving it all over again through the beautiful photos that were taken.

On Saturday, we organized what GVA called a mini Tomorrowland.🖤
